Consultation: A 90-minute one-to-one session where we explore your health history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, and goals in depth.
Personalised plan: Following this, I take time to reflect on everything we’ve discussed and develop a personalised set of recommendations. We then meet for a 60-minute session to walk through your plan together, ensuring everything feels clear, supportive, and realistic.
Follow-up session: 45-minute A gentle check-in to reflect on what’s working, what’s shifted, and where further support may be helpful.
Ongoing support: Light-touch support between sessions via email/WhatsApp to help you stay on track, ask questions, and feel supported as things evolve.
Integration session: A space to reflect on progress, refine your plan, and introduce additional supportive practices, so you can continue with clarity and confidence.
