Naturopathy is a holistic healing framework, rooted in traditional wisdom and the healing power of nature. It draws on diverse philosophies from many cultures, united by a simple principle: the body has an innate capacity to heal when supported in the right way.
My approach is gentle, intuitive, and personalised. While grounded in naturopathic principles, I work in a way that is flexible and responsive, rather than one-size-fits-all. I’m interested in what is sustainable in real life — creating supportive shifts through food, lifestyle, and daily rhythms that feel nourishing and achievable.
A consultation begins with what you are experiencing and what you would like to improve. From there, we explore a full picture of your health — including symptoms, body systems, energy, lifestyle, stress, and diet. This allows us to understand underlying patterns, rather than focusing on symptoms alone.
From this, I offer tailored guidance to support your body back into balance. This may include nutrition and gentle lifestyle adjustments, with a focus on clarity, simplicity, and working with your body — not against it.

We may also draw on a range of supportive practices to help integrate and sustain the changes we explore. These are always tailored to you, and are intended to feel simple, supportive, and easy to bring into everyday life.
